About the job

As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing B2C and B2B leads. Your expertise in leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms will be essential in sourcing and nurturing leads. You will work to create effective strategies that drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and identify potential leads, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
2. Outreach: Conduct outreach through cold calling, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads and establish initial contact.
3. Database management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, tracking interactions and updating information as necessary.
4. Collaboration: Work with other teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
5. Data analysis: Analyze lead generation metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Market research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation to enhance strategies.
7. Customer engagement: Provide exceptional service to prospects, addressing inquiries and nurturing relationships to convert leads into customers.
