About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Identify potential clients:
1. Research and analyze target industries, businesses, and decision-makers who need cybersecurity or web development services.
2. Use LinkedIn, company databases, and networking events to find prospects.

B. Cold outreach & engagement:
1. Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in services.
2. Personalize communication to match client needs and pain points.

C. Qualify leads:
1. Assess potential clients based on their budget, requirements, and urgency.
2. Schedule discovery calls or meetings with the sales team.

D. Manage lead pipeline:
1. Maintain an organized database of leads in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
2. Track and follow up on leads to nurture relationships.

E. Collaborate with sales & marketing teams:
1. Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns, landing pages, and content for lead generation.
2. Share insights with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.

F. Use digital marketing strategies:
1. Leverage SEO, PPC, and content marketing to attract potential leads.
2. Optimize lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media.

G. Attend networking events & webinars:
1. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
2. Build partnerships and generate referrals.

H. Analyze and improve lead generation strategies:
1. Monitor lead conversion rates and optimize strategies for better results.
2. Report on lead performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Who can apply

Other requirements

A. Technical proficiency:

1. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

2. Basic understanding of cybersecurity threats, and website technologies (HTML, WordPress, eCommerce platforms).

3. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and lead databases.

B. Soft skills:

1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

2. Strong problem-solving and adaptability to handle different client needs.

3. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

C. Networking & marketing knowledge:

1. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies for lead generation.

2. Ability to attend industry events and build professional relationships.
