About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with our company's strategic goals
2. Manage the L&D calendar, ensuring a smooth execution of all training and development initiatives
3. Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, implementing improvements based on feedback
5. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR and L&D, incorporating innovative techniques into our training methodology
6. Articulate and execute a clear vision for the program, aligning with the broader strategic objectives of the organization
7. Lead and manage change initiatives within the program and the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and the achievement of desired outcomes with minimal disruption
8. Understands client needs to create bespoke programs, communicates the value proposition of the Leadership and Coaching programs, and establishes strong client relationships
9. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members and program participants, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development
10. Crafts clear, concise, and compelling program proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client
11. Participate in client presentations to effectively communicate program proposals
12. Execute the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts
13. Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes

Experience and skills needed:

1. Master s degree in human resources, education, organizational psychology, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in program development, instructional design, or a related field
3. Good to have certification in training and development, such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development), which is a plus
4. Proficient in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning platforms
5. Extensive experience in program development, preferably in the Edtech or technology training sector with a commitment to advancing the skills and knowledge of technology professionals
