Legal Adviser Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Review and draft expert contracts to protect the company's interests and ensure legal compliance alongside providing follow-up information.
2. Study and mitigate the legality of projects and collaborations, and provide advice in matters of legal application to the company.
3. Overview legal compliance of company operations, including copyright, intellectual property, and employment contracts, and actively engage in deliberations that require legal attention.
4. Assist in dispute resolution and collaborate with external legal counsel if the company desires, along with representing the firm in legal forums, institutes, and external affairs.
5. Provide legal advice and support to stakeholders and chief executives of the company when they are engaged in matters of complexity or legality in the company's interest.
6. Maintain formal relationships with company-preferred clients or firms and stay updated on legal developments impacting the company functions.
