Legal Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms and conditions
2. Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and provide summaries and recommendations
3. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence
4. Manage contract administration tasks such as tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
5. Provide litigation support by analyzing contractual agreements and identifying potential issues
6. Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and plans
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices
2. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
3. UG: LLB in Any Specialization
