Key responsibilities would include working on a project that requires analyzing/annotating legal agreements relating to venture capital investment (the contracts so annotated are used for training AI solutions).
Who can apply:
1. Qualified company secretary or law graduate from a top-tier law college with exposure to working in corporate law and business agreements drafting
2. Someone with 1+ years of prior work experience
3. Someone who has a basic understanding of startup funding rounds and venture capital investment terms would be preferable but not mandatory (we can train you for this if you at least have the interest to work in this space)
4. Someone available to work full time from home/remotely (10:30 am to 7:00 pm) from Monday to Saturday (with alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off)
