Linux Techical Specialist Job (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Linux system administrator to join our team. As a Linux system administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Linux-based systems and infrastructure, with particular expertise in Mail Server, DNS, and Ansible Automation. This role requires both technical specialism and broad knowledge of various server technologies. This is a probationary position with a duration of 6 months, after which salary may be increased based on performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and servers
2. Manage and maintain Mail Server and DNS
3. Utilize Ansible for automation of tasks across Linux systems
4. Provide technical support to our internal teams and external clients
5. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain system upgrades and enhancements
7. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting
2. Experience with Mail Server and DNS
3. Expertise in Ansible Automation
4. Ability to provide technical support and handle a variety of server technologies
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and working conditions:

1. Salary: 2-4 LPA (based on experience and skills), with potential for increase after 6 months based on performance
2. Probation period: 6 months
3. Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday
