Loan Sales Manager Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, referrals, networking events, and online platforms
2. Sales Pitch: Present loan products to clients, explaining the features, benefits, and terms of each product, and assisting clients in choosing the right loan solution
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process
4. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and increasing loan disbursement volumes
5. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new financial products to provide clients with the best loan options available
6. Loan Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is provided, and following up with the underwriting team for approval
7. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
