Logistics Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Order management: Oversee the entire logistics process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
2. NDR handling: Efficiently manage and resolve Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) by coordinating with logistics partners and customers.
3. Vendor coordination: Liaise with logistics companies to monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure service levels are maintained.
4. Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, RTO rates, and customer feedback.
5. Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the logistics process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
6. Customer communication: Provide regular updates to customers regarding their shipments and resolve any logistics-related queries.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations and performance to the management team.
