Mandarin Language Interpreter Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide interpretation services between English and Mandarin for voice and video calls.
2. Handle full voice process for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
3. Support a dynamic work environment, working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
4. Utilize excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth conversations.
5. Maintain professionalism in all interactions and adhere to the company's guidelines.
6. Be adaptable to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, providing language support during various hours.
7. Stay updated with client-specific terminologies and cultural nuances to ensure accurate interpretation.

Other details:

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week with 2 Rotational Offs
Shifts: Comfortable with Night Shifts and 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Process: Complete Voice Process (Must also be comfortable with video calls)
Certification: B2 Mandarin Certification is Mandatory
Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA (Cost to Company)
