We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our innovative road management solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
2. Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
4. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance.
5. Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
6. Plan and run PR initiatives (media relations, thought leadership, industry events, etc.)
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
8. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product developments.
9. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Candidates with experience and/or knowledge of B2B technology or startup environment are preferred.
3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, analytics tools, and content management systems.
4. Strong writing, editing, and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
