This role is perfect for a digital-savvy content creator who can transform filmed content into polished, engaging pieces while maintaining a strong brand aesthetic. You'll be responsible for curating and posting content across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring our brand remains visually captivating and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content editing & creation: Transform raw filmed content into polished, engaging social media posts.
2. Email design: Create visually appealing and effective email templates.
3. Social media posting: Regularly post on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, optimizing for engagement and reach.
4. Graphic design: Create visually compelling content, including static and animated graphics, to elevate brand storytelling.
5. Trend awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content strategies to enhance performance.
6. Brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Marble Lotus' aesthetic and brand voice.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm India Standard Time)
1. Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
2. Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
3. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
4. Detail-oriented with a passion for design and aesthetics.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
