We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals who are passionate about teaching and have experience in tutoring students.
Key responsibilities:
1. Teach mathematics to US students online through a voice-enabled platform
2. Work on review sessions and provide feedback as per the set standards
Pen tab usability is an essential requirement
Should be passionate about mathematics
Ability to teach the subject with patience and tact
Can speak and write grammatically correct English
Are comfortable working night shifts
Can work US shifts
Are motivated and have a prior experience in content creation/editing (an added advantage, not mandatory)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
Filo is a technology-based education company. We aim to solve problems faced by students of classes 9-12 while self-studying. Whenever a student is stuck, he/she can take a picture or type in the app and within 2 minutes, an expert will be provided 1-to-1 over a video call. Currently, more than 1000 alumni of India's premier institutes like IITs, NITs, AIIMS, BITS, IISC, etc., have joined the platform as experts and we intend to onboard 3000+ experts within the next 3 months.
