Experience Summary:
10+ Years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant and Project Coordinator.
Strong Communication and Requirement Gathering Skills.
Ability to do gap fit Analysis and provide suggestion on the design.
Extensive experience in upgrading Dynamics 365 CE from on-premises to online environments, including data migration and system deployment.
Experience of working with complex integrations.
Proven track record of leading and managing Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Project Operations.
Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Skilled in managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and post-deployment
Value Adds:
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI)
Proficient in using Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven insights and natural language processing
Skilled in Azure services integration and ensuring data security and compliance
Experienced in complex data migrations to Dynamics 365 CE
Strong UX design and customization skills, including custom plugins and workflows
Knowledgeable in Agile project management and effective stakeholder management
Capable of delivering end-user training and leading change management initiatives
