Motion Graphics Design Manager Job (Remote)

We are looking for a 'Motion Graphics Design Manager' to oversee the creative direction of motion graphics projects. You will mentor junior designers, enhance their work, and conduct training and workshops to boost their skills. This role will require a strong grasp of motion design and an ability to guide the team in creating visually impactful designs that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Direction: Lead the motion graphics team, defining creative direction and overseeing project execution.
2. Enhance Junior Designers' Work: Review and improve motion graphics designs made by junior designers, providing actionable feedback.
3. Training & Workshops: Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to build the team's motion design skills and keep them updated on industry trends.
4. Client Communication: Work closely with clients and the client servicing team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with client expectations.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all motion design work meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time.
6. Team Management: Allocate resources, monitor team performance, and ensure that all projects meet deadlines.
7. Metrics & Reporting: Track the performance of design projects, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
