Job Description

WeHire Talent Solutions is seeking native Nepali speakers for a work-from-home Language Interpreter role. This position involves facilitating effective communication between English and Nepali speakers, ensuring clarity and accuracy across diverse professional contexts, such as customer service, healthcare, and legal environments. Interpreters are expected to work five days a week with two rotational days off, including night shifts within a 24/7 rotational schedule. The role requires handling both audio and video calls comfortably. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity to accurately convey messages. Compensation is up to 45K CTC monthly, based on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate real-time interpretation for English and Nepali speakers across various scenarios.
2. Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
3. Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required by client needs.
4. Use video call and interpretation tools effectively while maintaining quality standards.
