Key responsibilities:
1. Attend all phone calls and direct inquiries and respond with appropriate solutions i.e. provide our ready-made basic detail forms and other templates to clients
2. Pitch the consultation packages to the client in detail
3. Schedule appointments as per the monthly time slots provided by the Nutritionist
4. Make online bills and links for consultation
5. Send the diet charts to patients after the online consultation
6. Maintain a good communication with patient for their queries and feedback
7. Use advanced Excel skills to input and analyze patient data accurately
8. Schedule follow-ups of the patient as per the package selected by them
