Excellent communication skills to engage students in online 1:1 classes
Prior experience in online teaching in school/Ed-Tech companies would be preferred
Candidates from CA, CS, M.Com, or finance backgrounds will have an added advantage
Women who want to resume their career post-career break will be encouraged
A laptop/desktop and a high-speed internet connection are a must
Willingness to work 4-5 hours/day

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
