About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers on Instagram and WhatsApp and suggest products based on their requirements
2. Work with the design team to develop new product offerings, and continuously improve existing products to meet customer needs and preferences
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up
