This role is not just about operations management it is a comprehensive, hands-on learning and working opportunity that involves financial oversight, bookkeeping, payroll management, compliance, and strategic operational support. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the end-to-end management of company operations, closely working with the Director to ensure seamless business functions. This is an in-house role, and the company itself is the primary client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the entire bookkeeping process, including month-end and year-end journal entries.
2. Compile and prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) for internal use and accounting firms, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as payroll tax, BAS, GST, and other financial reporting.
3. Maintain accurate employee records, including hours, salary, mileage, and personal time off.
4. Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for all employees while ensuring compliance with statutory tax filings and payroll documentation.
5. Oversee time-slip programs by reviewing, verifying, and maintaining accuracy.
6. Manage and update client accounts, billings, and payments while ensuring timely collections.
7. Prepare client invoices, vendor payments, and subcontractor invoices for approval.
8. Generate detailed reports based on management requests and operational insights.
9. Support office management duties, research, policy implementation, and analytical research.
10. Assist in executive administration functions directly under the Managing Director's guidance.
Work expectations & learning phase:
1. The first two years will be dedicated to continuous learning and working, with ongoing monitoring and evaluations to ensure professional growth.
2. This is a full-time, 12-hour-per-day commitment, requiring dedication to operational excellence.
3. The role demands close collaboration with the Director, with continuous learning cycles and regular check-ins on work efficiency.
4. Candidates should be ready to adapt to a highly structured work environment with strict accountability measures.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks(Mandatory), Xero, and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Hours:
Option 1: 9:00 AM IST – 9:00 PM IST (12 hours)
Option 2: 12:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (12 hours)
Monitoring & Work Environment:
Remote work setup with live monitoring, including productivity tracking and regular performance evaluations.
A structured workflow with defined KPIs and daily progress checks.

This is a full-time, in-house role, not a freelancing or part-time opportunity. The candidate must be committed to the company’s long-term vision, adhering to stringent work ethics and professional development.

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
