7. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and products to share knowledge with customers.

Experience:
1. Experience with CRM software.
2. Knowledge of the promotional products industry and market trends.
3. Basic graphic design skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5. Proven experience in a sales or operations role, preferably in the promotional products industry.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
