Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling SoulUp conversations that come in
2. Handling the operations around SoulUp support groups
3. Obtaining feedback and testimonials from users
4. Scheduling WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns
5. Getting in touch with older callers to book a follow-up call with SoulUp
6. Working on the Shopify dashboard to add products/simple features

Please note this is a 6-day role.
