Operations Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer support issues timely and deliver an amazing customer experience over email and voice calls
2. Source new leads from LinkedIn, schedule campaigns, and generate regular reporting
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments with the operations team
4. Help with data and market intelligence using online research
5. Work directly with the leadership team on the strategic initiatives

Requirements:

1. You have 1-3 years of prior experience working in operations or HR role at a tech company
2. High proficiency in English communication skills (written & verbal)
3. Possesses good Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge and a strong learning curve with new tools and products
4. Preferably from an engineering background
5. Should have a basic understanding of Software Engineering technologies, frameworks, and libraries
6. Outgoing, strong individual contributor, able to work independently without supervision, and flexible
