Parent And Tutor Coordinator Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with students for class scheduling, counseling, and registration, and ensuring a satisfactory class experience
2. Sharing class schedules, handling reschedules and cancellations, updating tutor timetables, and record leaves
3. Organizing and conducting monthly meetings with tutors and 1-2-1 meetings as requested by partners
4. Assisting partners with cross-verification and validating monthly data to ensure error-free billing
5. Validating weekly and monthly timesheets
6. Maintaining records related to students (both old and new), tutors, and company processes
7. Engaging new tutors by conducting final demo rounds with partners, issuing contract letters, collecting and verifying documents, preparing training schedules, and conducting training for timesheets
