Advocate/Litigator Job (Part time/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior lawyers with legal research and case preparation.
2. Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
3. Provide legal advice to clients and support during court proceedings.
4. Help0 prepare cases, including reviewing evidence, witness statements, and filings.

Requirements:

1. LLM (Master of Laws).
2. Experience in cases involving will, undue influence/elder abuse, fraud, and wrongful death.
3. Experience in criminal cases.
4. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
7. Knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
8. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
9. Experience or internships in a law firm or legal organization is an advantage.
