Agriculture & Food Engineer Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize technical expertise in agriculture and food engineering to develop innovative solutions for farm management, food production, and post-harvest processes
2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and create tailored proposals for agricultural and food engineering projects that meet their specific needs and requirements
3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the agriculture and food industry, and provide strategic recommendations to drive sales growth
4. Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and guidance to sales teams and customers on product features, benefits, and applications
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including farmers, food processors, distributors, and government agencies to enhance business opportunities and expand market presence
6. Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural and food engineering projects, and provide ongoing support to customers throughout the project lifecycle
7. Monitor industry competitors and analyze their strategies to maintain a competitive edge, and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation in our products and services
