About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop human-like AI voice call systems that engage customers naturally, making them feel heard and valued.
2. Implement multi-channel follow-up systems (SMS, social media, etc.) to ensure no lead is lost.
3. Design quick voice interaction systems (e.g., Walkie-Talkie Mode) for customers who prefer swift vocal communication.
4. Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with clients' existing tools, CRMs, and workflows.
5. Provide LiveChat support solutions for mobile and desktop platforms to assist customers in real time.
6. Develop and maintain bi-directional Webhook/API integrations for enhanced functionality.
7. Integrate AI systems with platforms like Google Sheets, GHL, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
8. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized AI solutions.
