Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the company complies with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
2. Support the Board of Directors by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate records of minutes and resolutions.
3. Managing shareholder communications, ensuring regulatory filings are timely, and advising on corporate matters.
4. Oversee the company's statutory records, maintain the shareholder register, and provides guidance on legal and compliance issues.

This position requires excellent organizational, legal, and communication skills, along with in-depth knowledge of corporate law and governance practices. A relevant professional qualification is preferred.
