We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive and Research Assistant to join our team at Colledge. As the right hand to our executives, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and conducting research to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist executives with scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
2. Conduct in-depth research on universities, educational programs, and application processes
3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS Word and MS Excel
4. Manage and organize company data and files using Google Suite (G Suite). Build and maintain databases
5. Attend meetings, take notes, transcribe recorded meetings, attend webinars (these can sometimes be early morning or late at night)
