Field Sales Manager Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor the advertising and performance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
2. Develop and implement delivery strategies to meet or exceed delivery targets.
3. Lead and motivate the delivery team to achieve individual and team goals.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
6. Prepare delivery forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
7. Train and onboard new delivery team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
9. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive delivery growth and innovation.
11. Lead, motivate, and coach the delivery team to achieve delivery targets and objectives.
12. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
13. Set delivery targets and KPIs for individual team members and ensure they are met or exceeded.
14. Conduct daily Google Meet meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and challenges faced by the team.
15. Ensure senior leadership's daily attendance and active participation in Google Meet meetings for strategic discussions.
