Food Consultant Job (Part time/Remote)

Are you passionate about the culinary arts and eager to share your expertise? We are looking for a seasoned Food Consultant to join our team and help us innovate and refine our food product offerings. As a Food Consultant, you will work closely with our product development and marketing teams to design, test, and enhance culinary concepts that meet market demands and delight our customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with chefs and product development teams to create new product ideas and recipes
2. Provide expertise in food safety, preservation, and packaging to ensure all products meet regulatory standards
3. Lead taste tests and focus groups to gather feedback and refine products
4. Offer training and support to culinary and production staff
5. Prepare detailed reports on product development progress and consumer feedback

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary arts, food consulting, or a related field
2. A degree in culinary arts, food science, nutrition, or a related discipline is preferred
3. Strong understanding of the food industry s trends and market dynamics
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
5. Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently
