We are looking for an innovative trainer to software testing training programs for students who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new candidates receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
2. Create training programs to address skill gaps in candidates.
3. Prepare learning materials for programs.
4. Develop onboarding programs for new candidates.
5. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
6. Research new teaching methods.
7. Attend education conferences.
Trainer Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 experience as a trainer.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to identify gaps in skills.
4. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
