IT Expert Job (Part time/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring email deliverability and optimizing bulk email configurations for Outlook.
2. Administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), with a focus on email management.
3. Setting up and managing SMTP, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for email authentication and domain security.
4. Configuring DNS and domain settings, including MX and TXT records.
5. Implementing email warm-up strategies to avoid spam filters.
6. Managing email automation and workflow processes.
7. Utilizing Power Automate for Outlook to streamline workflow automation if required.
8. Handling mail merge and bulk email tools such as SendGrid, Mailgun, or Outlook-based solutions.
9. Managing Azure AD and enforcing email security policies.
