2. Required - experience in cases Containing a Will, Undue Influence/Elder Abuse, Fraud, and Wrongful Death
3. Experience in criminal cases
4. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
7. Knowledge of legal principles and procedures
8. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
9. Experience or internships in a law firm or legal organization is a plus
