2. 2-5 years of experience in social media strategy and management, focusing on Instagram and Facebook, besides other content-first platform
3. Proven at managing projects end-to-end, combining strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution
4. Great communicator, proficient in English and Hindi, with strong writing, verbal, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
5. Ability to think strategically and tactically about social media, positioning, branding, and community insights, and communicate complex issues to inspire the masses
6. Technically proficient with Google Workspace, internet applications, online meeting tools, ChatGPT, Facebook and Google Ad console, and social media tools/metrics
7. Experienced in designing and managing paid campaigns, passionate about high-quality, engaging, and thoughtful copy
8. Empathetic problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and ability to understand and respond to community needs
9. Highly committed and dedicated, willing to contribute 12-15 hours per week part-time
10. Previous experience in top-tier advertising, social media agencies, or brand management; non-profit experience preferred but not necessary
