Bezt Labs is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with top talent for various organizations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
5. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong LinkedIn profile and/or access to different recruitment tools like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job boards is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
