We are seeking for a 'Quality Control Specialist', who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotated data in multiple languages. You will work closely with our data annotation team to review and validate data, provide feedback, and implement quality improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and validate annotated data for accuracy and completeness across Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, and Kannada.
2. Identify and correct errors in annotated data, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and quality standards.
3. Provide detailed feedback to data annotators to improve their performance and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement quality control processes and guidelines.
5. Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and generate reports as required.
6. Stay updated with language-specific nuances and cultural aspects to ensure accurate annotations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada.
3. Previous experience in quality control, data annotation, or translation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
6. Familiarity with AI and data annotation processes is a plus.
