Responsibilities:
1. Conduct engaging online sessions tailored to students' needs.
2. Use diverse instructional strategies to drive student growth.
3. Provide clear guidance and feedback, maintain session records.
4. Collaborate for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree; Master's or teaching experience preferred.
2. Complete a 4-week Online Tutor Certification.
3. Pass background checks and attend daily virtual meetings.
4. Available for 6-8 hour shifts between 6pm and 6am IST.
5. Typing speed: 30 words per minute at 98+ accuracy.
6. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Technical Requirements:
1. Computer: Intel i3 or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD or 120GB SSD, OS: Windows 10+.
2. Peripheral: Headphone with Mic, webcam; mouse, keyboard, speakers (for desktop users); Pen tablet (for Math tutors).
3. Internet: 100mbps broadband (no shared links).
4. Browser: Google Chrome or Firefox (Version 100+).
5. Power Backup: 2-hour backup for computer and internet modem.
