Podcast/Media/Marketing Coordinator Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage 2 podcasts: A podcast for a client (Girl Scouts) and our own internal podcast (Cool Cool Cool).
2. Set up interviews and schedule emails for both podcasts.
3. Work on Girl Scouts: Coordinate with hosts using Calendly and confirm when guests are set on a Guest tracking Google sheet.
4. Work on Cool Cool Cool: Follow up on the intro email from Cameron to coordinate with the guest, send a calendly invite, check on the calendar when booked, or schedule directly onto Cameron's Google calendar. Include Zencastr links for the interviews in the invite.
5. Get on client calls.

Additional details:

1. You will handle pre-production and basic audio editing using Audacity and Windows Clipchamp for both podcasts. Video editing should include the intro and outro music for the Cool Cool Cool podcast.
2. Social media assets: You will be editing the cover page and social media posts for the Cool Cool Cool podcast.
3. Pay: Starting pay is $350 per month.
4. There is an option to go up to $500 after 2 month quality test period.

What is measured in the 2-month test period:

1. Openness to learning a new process.
2. Creativity and ideas.
3. Timeliness when completing materials, and meeting deadlines.
4. Quality of work (without spending more than 1.5 to 2 hours per episode).

How this works:

1. You will have a direct podcast manager who will train and support you as you learn the ropes.
2. You will also have check-in calls with the CEO of YOYOS, Cameron Kit.
