Recruiter Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for job positions
2. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through networking and referrals
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for positions
4. Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in recruitment databases
7. Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and remotely
4. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques
5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
