Reverse Recruiter Job (Part time/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Placement Process: Handle and facilitate the placement journey of candidates, ensuring smooth progression through each stage.
2. Candidate Engagement: Interact with candidates to resolve their queries and doubts about international placement processes.
3. Job Hunt Assistance: Support candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities and guiding them through the application process.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and international companies.
5. Placement Drives: Coordinate and organize placement events to maximize successful outcomes.
6. Managing a pipeline of candidate's applications per month.
7. Ensuring a minimum of 6-7 candidates proceed to interviews monthly.
8. Overseeing end-to-end placement processes, including job search and company communications.
9. Providing regular progress updates to the team and maintaining detailed candidate records.
10. Collaborating with the team to innovate placement strategies for international markets.
