About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to clients who have abandoned their carts, encouraging them to complete their purchases.
2. Reach out to existing clients to introduce and upsell new digital products.
3. Engage strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
5. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.
