About the job

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the client's social media accounts and create post content
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
4. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
5. Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales
6. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
7. Assist in creating performance reports
8. Work on email marketing
