We are seeking highly skilled subject matter experts (SMEs) with backgrounds in political science, history, media, or related fields to join our team as data generation SMEs. The ideal candidates will have a strong command of content writing in multiple languages and a deep understanding of their respective subject areas.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the data generation team: Work with the team to develop strategies for gathering and curating data on diverse topics
2. Identify relevant sources and datasets: Utilize subject matter expertise to pinpoint sources and datasets for data generation projects
3. Ensure accuracy and relevance: Conduct thorough research and analysis to maintain data accuracy and relevance
4. Write compelling content in multiple languages: Produce informative content in Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada
5. Translate and localize content as needed to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy and work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data and content
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in political science, history, media studies, or a related field
2. Proven experience in content writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating writing proficiency in any of these 10 languages: Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada
3. Deep subject matter expertise in political science, history, media, or a related field; with a keen interest in data-driven research and analysis
4. Strong research skills and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively across different languages and cultures
