Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective online lessons for Plus One to B.Com/BBA students.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
3. Create and utilize PowerPoint presentations to enhance the learning experience.
4. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
5. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
6. Maintain an organized and interactive virtual classroom environment.
7. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
Requirements:
1. A bachelors or master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
3. Strong knowledge of commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, and Financial Management.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations.
6. A reliable laptop with a good Wi-Fi connection and a functional webcam and pen tab
7. Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
8. Prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory; freshers with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
