As a Content Writer at AntWalk, you will work independently, focusing on creating high-quality, industry-specific content with a strong emphasis on HR and People Management. You will collaborate with our People Consulting Practices to produce content that addresses complex HR topics, organizational development, and talent management strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Write compelling content tailored for HR professionals, covering technical and non-technical topics
2. Instructional Design: Contribute 10% of your time to instructional design by developing learning materials that reflect best practices in people management and HR-related areas.
3. Industry Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in HR, employee engagement, and organizational development to produce cutting-edge content.
4. Independently Manage Projects: Handle content projects independently, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with AntWalk's strategic goals.
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
1. HR and Technical Writing Expertise: 5-10 years of content writing experience, particularly in HR-focused content for the consulting industry.
2. Proficiency in Industry-specific Content: Expertise in creating content for HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and legal compliance.
3. Independence: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and produce high-quality content without constant supervision.
4. Instructional Design: Experience in instructional design for HR topics such as talent management and organizational development will be a plus.
5. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with HR consultants to ensure that content is aligned with people consulting practices and industry standards.
6. Analytical Skills: Ability to research complex topics and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.
