1. Plan and launch campaigns with conversions/sales objectives across Meta Ads and Google Ads
2. Create daily/weekly/monthly high-level progress reports in Google Sheets on campaign performance, advise next steps, and share any learnings vis-a-vis messaging, targeting, etc.
3. Optimize campaigns for cost and performance while managing the cost per acquisition - including responsibility for landing pages, and funnel optimization to improve relevance and conversion rates
4. Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous audience and creative testing (A/B)
5. Navigate cross functional relationships with clients, web development, creative, and marketing teams to test, scale, and optimise new growth channels
6. Execute weekly and monthly plans to grow the clients' user base and manage marketing budgets across multiple channels
7. Consistently deliver on user acquisition targets
8. Come up with creative briefs, ad copies and video ad scripts
9. Communicate with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to report on ad accounts and overall campaign health and provide recommendations to enhance performance
Experience:
1. 4+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in paid customer acquisition with daily budgets in excess of 2L
2. In depth knowledge of Meta Ads with conversions/sales as the goal
3. In depth knowledge of Google Ads with conversions/sales as the goal
4. Experience in Wordpress, click funnels, and other page builders for setting up or verifying Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking codes
Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Well-versed in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
3. Ability to provide insights regularly from current and historic data and trends
4. Willingness to unlearn and relearn quickly if the situation demands
5. Good team player
6. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
7. Good googling and troubleshooting skills
8. Self-managed
