Physchology Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Reporting directly to the program manager and program associate
2. Providing counseling services over the telephone and email
3. Developing content, updating the training manuals and protocols, and preparing training modules as required

Who can apply:

1. Should be a student of psychology
2. Clear verbal communication - speaks English and Hindi and knows preferably one regional Indian language fluently
3. Good listener
4. Ability to solve problems
5. Possess excellent academic writing skills in English
6. Skilled in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
7. Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy
8. Should be comfortable and have patience with speaking to students
9. Need to be self-aware
