DataToBiz is hiring for the role of Power BI Developer! It is a full-time web development work from home job for candidates with 2-3 years of experience. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop functional & operational reports & dashboards.
2. Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
3. Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
4. Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX
5. Be able to quickly shape data into meaningful reports and analytics solutions.
6. Know database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more.
7. Analyse data sources and ensure data quality and integrity.
8. Design and develop efficient data models in Power BI, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
9. Transform raw data into meaningful insights by implementing appropriate data transformations.
10. Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations in Power BI.
11. Implement complex calculations and custom measures to meet business requirements.
12. Leverage DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create advanced calculations.
13. Integrate data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring seamless connectivity and data refresh.
14. Utilize Power Query to clean, transform, and shape data for reporting purposes.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
16. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to BI solutions.
17. Provide training and documentation for end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI reports and dashboards.
18. Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
19. Ability to learn new tools to enhance the data quality and visualizations.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and other data services
4. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
6. Experience in ETL processes and data integration.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
