1. Experience - At least 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
2. Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
3. Certifications - Google Ads Certification (preferably in Search, Display, and Video)
4. Google Ads Expertise - Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping ads
5. Analytical Skills - Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics
6. Problem-Solving - Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve campaign performance
7. Time Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
8. Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams
